A New Way of Thinking
Over the past couple of months, CITY has sped up their growth mode by expanding into new territories and adding new positions. A two-day Sales and Marketing Training was held last month to unite sales, service, and marketing efforts.
During the training, employees learned about managing the market, account strategy, opportunity management, and sales execution.
Some of the key take-a-ways are featured below:
“I am excited to come up with more developing questions that will guide the potential client to a specific need we KNOW CITY can directly solve! Great to meet so many new faces as well!” Sales Representative Hildy Webb said.
“The training was a helpful way to get everyone on the same page. In order to hit our company goals, we need to play our part and work as a cohesive unit,” Marketing Manager Emily Novotny said.
