Before joining CITY, Alex held several leadership roles at a national laundry provider, where he earned multiple accolades for sales performance and team development, including North Region Sales Manager Rookie of the Year. His broader background spans the insurance, financial services, and construction industries, giving him a well-rounded perspective on leading diverse teams and solving complex business challenges.
His leadership style centers on collaboration, mentorship, and empowering teams to succeed—making him a strong driver of results and long-term impact.

Originally from Pleasant Hill, Iowa, Alex launched his career in Des Moines before taking on leadership roles in Indianapolis and Chicago. His return to Iowa marks a meaningful homecoming, allowing him to reconnect with family, friends, and the community that shaped him.
In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and traveling to new destinations. Whether he’s exploring nature or sharing a meal with loved ones, he finds joy in building connections and making lasting memories.
