Taking a Second Look at Service 8/24/16
I have a little secret that I want to share with you. Whenever you sign up for a uniform and mat rental program with CITY (or anyone else, actually) make sure you request a second look at your program a few months after you start service.
I know you may be thinking this is a waste of time and CITY promised to SAVE you time, but hear me out.
By requesting a service review a few months after your first delivery, you can take advantage of some free consulting. What we find is that the sales rep can’t be perfect when setting inventory levels, mat locations, etc. Getting a Route Manager or a Service Manager to take a look at your program can yield some surprising benefits.
One of our service experts will take a critical look at your program and possibly suggest some changes.
• There may be products that could be saving you money that you are not currently using.
• There may be mat locations that could be used to trap more dirt so you don’t have to clean it up.
• You may be over supplied and need to cut back to an optimum level.
