Goodwill visits are important to business because along with new sales, it is also important to focus on retaining your current clientele.

When our service management does “Goodwill Calls” that means building upon our current relationships and improving our service.

For example, we discover if the client is happy with our services, we find out if we are meeting all of their needs, and of course, we are building relationships.

We recently took our goodwill calling to the next level.  On May 23rd, our service, sales,

and marketing teams came together to host our very first goodwill coo out for Edwards Cast Stone Co. in Dubuque, IA. We have always had a good working relationship with Doug and Bob Edwards (Owners) and they just resigned an agreement with us.

This was our way of showing them our appreciation for their business and loyalty to CITY. I believe with this luncheon, we developed an even closer relationship with Edwards. The employees at Edwards sent a thank you card saying “Thank you for preparing a delicious lunch for our
entire company.”

It was a great day all around.
