Working Hands

What began in 1996 as a family hobby in a basement kitchen is now a growing corporation producing all-natural and organic products in a beautiful new 122,000 square foot building in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Raining Rose’s original owners refined the products, creating pure, and often vegan, formulas of the highest quality ingredients. New owners purchased the company in January of 2003 and have focused their efforts on delivering quality products to their customer on time, incorporating the tried-and-true family recipes with luscious new creations.

“Then there are the people at Raining Rose that set us apart from all the other promotional products suppliers. We hate to brag but our customer service reps and sales associates are the friendliest around. They are here to help you, from the simplest questions to the very tricky ones, they know their stuff. We also have a super talented graphics staff to help design your labels. Their minds are always at work so if your clients label needs a little creative boost just let us know and our graphics team will get working on it. We can’t forget all our people who are here making the stuff, they work day in and day out to keep our products great. Our facility is FDA audited so you can trust that every one of our products is safe and tested. We sure have grown up since our basement kitchen days!”

We first reached out to CITY because we were frustrated with our current provider’s quality and consistency of service. In large part, the route driver is the most important part of the business, and with CITY, we have had consistency in our route driver, which has led to consistency in service. If there are any gaps, they are closed quickly and communicated as needed. A significant selling point to us is that the towels that we send off are the towels that we get back. Towels from “Joe’s Repair Service” are not coming into our FDA Regulated facility, which is very important to us. They are also quick to respond to any shortages that we may have because of increased production on short notice. They are transparent and service oriented. If we have questions they are answered, if we have problems they are taken care of.
