From slicing meats to having complete freedom to lead the department, Ryan Unash is now CITY’s go-to man for all corporate apparel needs.

In his position as the Business Development Representative, Ryan is responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the corporate apparel division. He places all client orders, manages shipping, seeks new customers, and continues building relationships with current customers.

Ryan feels it’s very important to become a familiar face for his customers and to have real conversations other than just business-related ones.

“I like to build an actual relationship with my customers. I want them to know the real me as a person and not just a service,” Ryan said.

Ryan earned a business management degree from the University of Northern Iowa. From his previous job working in the meat department at Fareway, and his background working with music, he discovered he really enjoys working with people.

“I have a passion for music, and I listen to an extensive amount of electronic music. I enjoy producing my own music as well,” Ryan said. “I have worked with musicians all around the globe through more than five record labels.”

With a background in customer service at Fareway, and showcasing his creativity through music, Ryan says his positivity and outgoing personality will be a great asset for CITY.

“I find a lot of satisfaction in seeing a process through to the end from start to finish,” Ryan said. “When I can help someone get what they are looking for, and when they are extremely happy with the final product, it is very fulfilling to me knowing that I helped them. I feed off of other people’s energy and I enjoy the entire process.”
