WHAT IS THE CITIFI?

At CITY we strive to make uniform delivery as easy and painless as we can. However, things can happen along the way. To eliminate delays and provide you with the most up-to-date status on your deliveries, CITY is now offering a web-based application that will do just that. Uniform wearers, like yourself, can submit your own repair, replacement, or size change requests, see upcoming deliveries, and more.

WHY USE THE CITIFI APP?

By using the CITIFI App, you will be able to:

    • Receive Text Notifications Day of Delivery
    • Submit Repair or Replace Requests & Receive Progress Updates
    • Request a Size Change
    • Check Work Order Progress
    • Receive Delivery Status Updates
    • Contact CITY Customer Service Directly

Note: Company approval is required before we process size change or upgrade requests.

The web-based application can be saved to a mobile phone or tablet home screen by following the instructions below:

  1. Using Safari > Visit https://ace.citylaundering.com
  2. Click the “Share” icon at the bottom of the screen
  3. Click “Add to Home Screen”
  4. Give the app a title and click “Add”
  5. View the app on the home screen
