Do you wash and manage customer-owned inventory (COG) or products?
If you already have a rental program in place with us, yes, we can also wash and manage your own inventory or products to ensure they’re returned clean, on time, and in excellent condition.
Are you a Hygienically Clean Industrial Laundry?
Yes. Since 2017, CITY has been certified by TRSA’s Hygienically Clean program. This certification recognizes our commitment to cleanliness through independent plant inspections and third-party biological testing, ensuring your uniforms and linens meet the highest hygiene standards.
How often do you pick up and deliver, and on what days?
We schedule pickups and deliveries based on your operation’s needs. Most deliveries take place Monday through Friday, and our team will work with you to set a consistent schedule that works best for you.
Can I purchase items, or do I have to rent?
Both options are available—you can purchase, rent, or combine the two. We also offer a lease program for uniforms, giving you flexibility to choose what works best for your business.
What uniform styles and SKUs are available?
We offer a wide range of styles, colors, and SKUs to fit your team’s needs. From standard uniform options to specialty items, there’s nothing we can’t source. Our team can provide a catalog and help you choose the right fit.
What if my garments need a repair?
Simply let your Route Representative know or use the provided repair tag to mark the garment. Our team will handle the repair quickly to keep your uniforms in top condition.
Do you offer custom branding for uniforms?
Yes. We can add your logo, name, or other branding to uniforms using embroidery, emblems, or screen printing—just provide the artwork and we’ll handle the rest.
What is the length of an agreement or contract?
Our service agreements typically range from 36 to 72 months. Longer agreements provide the benefit of lower unit rates, giving you the best overall value.
Can I change or cancel services later?
Yes - you’ll always have the flexibility to adjust your product assortment, delivery frequency, and volume. While our agreements include standard term lengths, if at any point we’re not meeting your expectations, and we’re unable to resolve the issue after being given a reasonable chance to do so, you’ll have options to terminate the service agreement.
