We Deliver Clean. We Pick-up Dirty. It’s What Happens in the Middle that Makes or Breaks a Service. | By Chirss Carsello

I know that we’ve got the right people. We certainly have the capabilities of doing what we put our minds to; we’re going to accomplish it. I am 100% confident in that.

Brandon Willis & I recently signed a new client, ‘City of Walford’, and they told us that communication was horrible with their old provider from day one.

“The communication we had with them [the past provider] was next to nothing. I mean you call them up and you will get a run around. You will get corporate, which corporate to them is all over the United States. Now we are giving you the chance to do it,” said the client.

When I hear from potential clients that communication is horrible with their uniform providers; It is a struggle. At CITY, we do our absolute best to be responsive. We truly pride ourselves on not only service but the communication.

The communication our people provide is what sets CITY apart. We want to be the most responsive. By being responsive, we set ourselves apart from everyone else. Not many people in our industry can say that.

We are transparent. All we are asking for is to be informed of any problems with our service and to be given a chance to fix them. We do what we say we are going to do. This industry is not rocket science. We deliver clean. We pick up dirty. It’s what happens in the middle that makes or breaks a service.

It’s the little things that really count. It’s the clear communication. If you say you’re going to do it, then you need to follow through. People will remember that. It’s that easy, but not many people in our industry know-how to communicate.
