As a uniform company, CITY believes in helping people start their workday with confidence. That starts with presenting yourself with a positive image. As an added benefit, CITY provides uniforms to all employees. If you don’t receive standard CITY uniforms, you are eligible for an annual clothing allowance of $250.     Eligibility

    Employees are eligible for placing an apparel order after their first 90 days.

    Allowance

    Unused balances do NOT roll over into the following year on the anniversary date. Your allowance of $250 will be reset every year on your anniversary date.  Contact Lexie Exline for questions regarding your balance.

    Guidelines

    Vendor option includes SanMar. Use this website to browse their online store. All employee apparel must be work-appropriate/business casual items that can be worn at CITY; outerwear like coats and hats are also acceptable. All apparel will be embroidered with the CITY logo. According to our Branding Style Guide, to be compliant with CITY’s employee apparel guidelines, all apparel must be shades of either blue, green, yellow, black, white, gray, or other neutral colors.

    Deadlines

    Orders will be placed monthly on the 15th of every month.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery (due to the new bulk ordering system).

    Additional Info

    The marketing department has limited apparel available in-house that can also be purchased with your allowance. For any specialty orders outside of the above guidelines, please contact Emily Hauber for more information.
